Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy for all United States orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At this time, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except where required by applicable law. If you are a customer in the EU/EFTA, please see the EU/EFTA Right of Withdrawal section below.

EU/EFTA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EFTA, you may have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exercise EU Right of Withdrawal

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email. If your order has already shipped or been delivered, we may ask you to return the eligible items before your refund is completed. 

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed personal care products may not be eligible for return or withdrawal unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions about your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For EU/EFTA right of withdrawal requests, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
