The packaging is adorable, for starters! Immediately you can detect a chocolate scent which was very interesting to me. At first use of the product, I was indifferent about it, but as I continued to used it, I started to like it more.

The Suavísima Hydrating Conditioner left my hair softer than any conditioner I’ve ever used — seriously, the results were amazing. The scent was pleasant and the formula felt rich. My only complaint is the packaging. While the cap didn’t break like the matching shampoo, the small opening causes the conditioner to build up inside and clog quickly, which makes it frustrating to get the product out. For the price, I wish the design was more user-friendly. Overall, incredible softness, but the packaging knocks it down a notch.

This conditioner makes my hair feel so soft! I love the cute pink packaging and the pump applicator. I think this conditioner would work best on textured hair such as waves or curls. This conditioner also smells really good but isn't overpowering
