The ISIMA Miami Event Sweepstakes the “Sweepstakes” is sponsored by Frutabomba, located at 2600 South Douglas Road, Suite 900, Coral Gables, Florida 33134 “Sponsor”.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 19, 2026 at 12:01AM Eastern Time and ends on May 22, 2026 at 11:59PM Eastern Time the “Sweepstakes Period”. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid TikTok and/or Instagram account and must comply with all applicable TikTok and Instagram terms and community guidelines.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion partners, and any parties involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by following @isima on both TikTok and Instagram and completing the entry steps below on either or both platforms.

TikTok Entry:

After following @isima on both TikTok and Instagram, comment on the Sweepstakes TikTok post by tagging one friend they would want to bring to the ISIMA Miami event.

Instagram Entry:

After following @isima on both TikTok and Instagram, comment on the Sweepstakes Instagram post by tagging one friend they would want to bring to the ISIMA Miami event.

Each valid comment/tag entry counts as one entry on the applicable platform.

Bonus Entry:
Entrants may receive one additional entry per platform by reposting or sharing the Sweepstakes post on that platform during the Sweepstakes Period. Repost/share must be visible to Sponsor for verification. Private accounts or posts that Sponsor cannot view may not be counted.

Limit: one main entry per person per platform, plus one bonus repost/share entry per person per platform, for a maximum of four total entries per person across TikTok and Instagram.

No automated, bulk, bot-generated, or fraudulent entries are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

4. Entry Requirements

Entries must not contain content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Entries must comply with all applicable TikTok and Instagram rules, terms, and community guidelines. Entries that are incomplete, late, inaccurate, corrupted, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant may be disqualified.

Tagging a friend does not require the tagged friend to enter or follow @isima. The tagged friend is not required to be the guest ultimately selected by the winner, although the winner’s guest must meet any age, travel, venue, or event-entry requirements.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• Admission for winner and one guest to attend the ISIMA Miami event; and

• A $500 travel stipend awarded to the winner only.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500, plus event admission for winner and one guest. Event admission has no cash value unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

For clarity, the prize consists only of event admission for winner and one guest and a $500 travel stipend for the winner. No airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, parking, luggage fees, incidentals, upgrades, taxes, or other travel or event-related expenses are included. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

The $500 travel stipend may be awarded as a prepaid card, gift card, check, ACH transfer, or other form determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner and guest must each be 18 years of age or older.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about May 23, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winner will be notified via direct message from @isima on TikTok or Instagram, in Sponsor’s discretion, based on the platform through which the selected entry was submitted or another platform where the potential winner follows @isima. Potential winner may be required to provide full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, proof of eligibility, and any required tax or release documentation.

Potential winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, cannot attend the event, fails to complete required documentation, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

8. Guest Requirements

Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older. Guests who are minors are not permitted. Winner’s guest may be required to sign a liability/publicity release and provide any information reasonably required by Sponsor or the event venue. Guest must comply with all event rules, venue rules, travel requirements, security procedures, and any applicable health and safety policies. Sponsor may require proof of age and may require winner to select a different guest if the proposed guest does not meet the age requirement or any other event, venue, travel, or security requirements.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation where required by law.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, city/state of residence, statements, photos, videos, and other indicia of persona for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, platform changes, event cancellation, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or fake accounts, submits multiple or fraudulent entries, violates platform rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, stolen, or undelivered entries; technical, hardware, software, network, internet, platform, or computer malfunctions; unauthorized access; platform outages; privacy settings that prevent Sponsor from viewing an entry; or any other errors or problems that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate.

13. TikTok and Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to TikTok, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize. Information may also be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://isima.com/pages/privacy-policy.

15. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and without resort to class action in the appropriate courts located in Miami, Florida.

16. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Frutabomba, Attn: ISIMA Miami Event Sweepstakes Winner List, 2600 South Douglas Road, Suite 900, Coral Gables, Florida 33134 within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
