ISIMA x OLIVIA GARDEN SWEEPSTAKES 

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

1. ELIGIBILITY 

The ISIMA x Olivia Garden Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of ISIMA and Olivia Garden, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, are not eligible to enter. 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 16, 2026 and ends on October 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. 

3. HOW TO ENTER 

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must complete the following actions on Instagram: 

Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry by sharing the designated Sweepstakes post to their Instagram Story and tagging @isima so the Story can be verified. 

If an entrant’s Instagram account is private, the entrant must send a screenshot of the qualifying Instagram Story via direct message to @isima before the close of the Sweepstakes Period in order for the bonus entry to be verified. 

All entries must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor(s)’ sole discretion. 

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. 

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE 

Five (5) winners will each receive the prize package described in the Sweepstakes promotional materials. 

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $723.00. 

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor(s)’ discretion. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a prize or any portion thereof with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. 

5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS 

Five (5) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message by the official @isima and/or @oliviagarden_int account following the close of the Sweepstakes. 

Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and facilitate prize fulfillment. A potential winner who does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, cannot be contacted, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. 

6. PRIZE DELIVERY 

Winners must provide a valid U.S. mailing address and any other information reasonably required for prize fulfillment. 

Sponsor(s) are not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable due to circumstances outside their reasonable control, including incorrect information supplied by a winner. 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor(s) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process, uses automated or fraudulent means to enter, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that disrupts or compromises the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. 

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor(s), including fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform disruption, or other circumstances affecting the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor(s) reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. 

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ISIMA, Olivia Garden, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. 

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or limited. 

9. PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor(s) to use a winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, and/or prize information for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law. 

10. PRIVACY 

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration and prize fulfillment and otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable law. 

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor(s) and not to Instagram. 

By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

12. FRAUD AND IMPERSONATION WARNING 

Potential winners will only be contacted by the official @isima and/or @oliviagarden_int Instagram accounts. 

ISIMA and Olivia Garden will never require payment, credit card information, banking information, or a purchase in order to claim a Sweepstakes prize. Entrants should disregard and report communications from accounts impersonating either brand.

14. GOVERNING LAW 

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state specified by the Sponsor(s), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions adopted by the Sponsor(s).
